This would be suitable as:-
An initial assessment before the client was permitted to use a company vehicle.
or
An assessment of risk to determine further training requirements (if required)
Initial advice and guidance will be given to the client, but constraints of time would prohibit extensive training.
A written report will be provided, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, a risk assessment, and any recommendations regarding further training.
The company can use this assessment to prioritise the drivers that would benefit the most from further training, and focus resources appropriately.
